The Day Before

Greetings my bloggers,
Preparations: packing, travelers cheques, insurance (that is a must have), cash, route map printed (25 pages at that), last minute errands are coming to an end. All the luggage will be at our back door for 9:00 pm tonight. (insha allah)
Farmer Bill will be attending the herd, watching over the horses, while the farmer's wife Jacki will be attending to the cats, dogs, parrots, fish, mice, hamster, goat, sheep, chicken...all as I can say is God bless them.
Enclosed please find the attachment for our itinerary, (flights, hotels, b&b, phone #'s and websites of our accommodation). I can picture already National Lampoon's European Vacation, staring Chevy Chase, 1985 movie. Only exception is that Grandma is staying home. Maybe we might find an old lady needing a ride, I do know that everyday will bring new challenges, new languages, history in abundance, excitement but most of all family memories that will last our life time and our children's children's life time from stories told. We are very much looking forward to unite with our Swiss daughter Sophia and her Mom, Christiana, Nina (and her new baby) and Grandma.
So stay tuned to our blog, pics... we will be sending them along whenever we have internet service. So good day, stay safe and healthy till we meet again.
